The wine showcases the dark rich side of Pinot Noir and already has a supple smooth texture with clean acidity.

The fruit comes from small family-owned and operated organic vineyards in Mendocino County, and the phrase "Made with Organic Grapes" corresponds to a legal, certified organic category dictating that grapes be free from artificial fertilizers and synthetic chemicals. Our Sterling Vineyards Made with Organic Grapes wines are pure, natural expressions of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. We're also planning to release Cabernet Sauvignon in 2009.
